Stefano Canessa was born in Rapallo, Genova in Italy. Immigrated to Lima, Peru around the year 1890. Maternal great-grandfather of our Chef Mario Navarrete Jr.
Madre sur Fleury has a new addition to its address: CANESSA. For delivery or take-out, risotto and pasta reminiscent of the Chef's Italian roots, in sauces with simple, fresh and tasty ingredients. Same address, new dishes.
